NC UPDATE: Obama up a few thousand, but where are the other 570,000 early votes?

NC UPDATE: Obama up a few thousand, but where are the other 570,000 early votes?
Pending the counting of provisional ballots, NC is Obama's. But the state isn't accounting for 570,000 early votes, and Obama easily outperformed McCain in NC's early voting.

EARLY VOTING/ABSENTEE VOTES: 2,627,056
ACCOUNTED FOR: 2,056,227
UNACCOUNTED FOR: 570,829
COUNTIES COMPLETELY REPORTED: 100 OF 100
