Is anyone ever going to call the last states, or don't they care anymore?
It looks like at least VA and NC have gone Blue, when will it be called?

1. They already called VA. For the rest, they'll probably wait until 100% are in,
simply because there's no pressure now that the question is purely academic.

2. MSNBC said they weren't going to call In. and several other states
until they had 100% of the votes reported. The states were too close and there were too many variables to take the risk on the current results & exit polls. They'll call them, and it will probably be relatively soon.

6. It's a .2% victory. Automatic recount maybe?
Some states have rules like that, but I have no idea about NC.
