Help! I have been watching ABC for the last 5 minutes and it looks like they have McCain ahead in
all the races they are flashing across the screen?

Is this for real??? I am feeling really sick about now.

We're just out of the box, here. That VA, IN, and SC are even in PLAY is a fantastic sign!

11. Thank you.
Your link supports the ABC numbers. I will take some solace in that such a small percentage has reported in for the states ABC is flashing. That helps clear things up.

Whew!

4. Oh, yes. Rush was right. Obama's being stomped.
In the early-reporting rural counties, that is.

Just keep breathing for a while. It'll all work out.

Inhale.
Exhale.
Repeat.

7. Chill out...
They are counting the rural votes right now. It ALWAYS takes longer to count Democratic strongholds where turnout is high in the cities.

8. Calm down. Are they showing the percentages of votes in? In some
cases, like VA, that would be only 1 percent so far. It's going to take awhile.

9. Avaistheone1, listen to me because I'm going to prevent you from having a heart attack tonight
all night tonight when you read the graphics of the results for each state coming in, look to the bottom left or bottom right corner of the graphic for a percentage....that will indicate how many precincts have reported their results.

SO: You might at see McCain up 30 points, OK, but you'll look down at the percent of precincts reporting and it will say 5% or 11%, or whatever....and it's the small, rural areas that are able to tabulate and report their results first.

HOPE THAT HELPS. TAKE A DEEP BREATH. THE EARLIEST CLOSING TIMES ONLY HAPPENED A FEW MINUTES AGO. IT'S NOT MCDONALD'S AND YOU'RE NOT ORDERING A CHEESEBURGER. BREATH.
