I'm Starting To Get Nervous - I Haven't Received My Grant Pk Tics Yet......
I got a confirmation the other night from the Dem Party that said this:

***THIS IS NOT A TICKET. THIS EMAIL CONFIRMS THAT YOU HAVE SIGNED UP TO RECEIVE AN ELECTION NIGHT EVENT TICKET. ***You will receive further ticketing information in the coming days.

Thanks,The Democratic Party

I have made arrangements to go - but have yet to receive tickets.

Has anyone out there received their tickets yet?

Somebody told me that they would be e-mailed tonight. When? Any info would be appreciated.

2. I got an email yesterday saying that the ticket would come between 6 and 7 tonight.
It came at about 6:58, when I was about to have a heart attack. But the email you quote in your post is the first one I got (as opposed to people I know who got wait-listed), so it sounds like you should've gotten a ticket. Maybe contact the campaign? Good luck. I hope you get your ticket. :hi:

3. Did You Do Anything Special To Receive Them .......
I donated a couple of times to the Obama campaign - but I wasn't able to go out and work for the campaign. Did you work for the campaign? Do they have any other criteria other than signing up - first come, first serve?

Or do I have to work for the City of Chicago to receive tickets? After all this is still Chicago.

4. Nothing special. I did a lot of work but not for the campaign directly so they wouldn't
have known about it, nor do I work for the city. I have contributed to the campaign but not tons of money. I just got the email and signed up right away. I'm sure there was just a mistake. I would contact the campaign.
