These were probably already posted (I couldn't find them), but you have to see them! His family will be so nice to watch over the next 8 year.

Daddy!

Awwww

So cute!

I can't wait for the new First Family to grace the White House! :D

3. That would be wonderful.. but we're not there yet.
I'm not going there until McCain finishes his concession speech. No way. Not after the last two elections.

But.. having said that... yes, a beautiful family, and I would LOVE to see them as our First Family! Only a few more days....

7. You know that feeling of joy and spontaneous renewal you feel when
you come home from a day's work and you greet and are greeted by your Loved Ones? . . . You can see that the Obama family has that going on.

10. One of the things I love about this family is how completely unself-conscious the girls seem to be
in the glare of the spotlight. They neither play into it nor shrink from it. They behave very naturally as if they are just oblivious to it.

It's obvious that their parents have done an absolutely brilliant job at preparing their daughters to be in what must be a very strange situation. And they always seem to be very secure and comfortable in their family cocoon, even when the cocoon is a bubble.

I love this family!

11. The last picture is VERY telling.
He's always sooooooooo cool and in-charge of himself. Except for some new gray in his hair, you almost can't tell that the guy has been WORKING HIS ASS OFF to win this thing.

I think having Michelle and his daughters close evokes his feelings, so that last picture seems to show more of the stress he's under from all of the work and all of the push and pull in American electoral politics, especially in these anxious times.

25. Oh boy. You should have seen him interact with them last night in MO:
Michelle spoke first, and then Barack came running out holding both the girls hands (the crowd went NUTS!) Both the girls were tired (it was 9:30 and their 3rd stop of the day after a night of trick or treating) and waved at the crowd like "oh great, another speech" lol! I could see my kids doing that, lol! He snuggled and hugged them, and for such a public event, they really manage to grab some private moments on stage where they all connect.

There was a tent set up behind the stage where they waited before they came out, and through a small opening we could see the girls dancing around to the music before they came onstage. It was awesome!

I love them, what a great first family they will be.

I will also love to see these girls as they grow up, and I just know they will be fabulous young women in their own right, thanks to their parents....
