John Kerry is staying overnight in the Tri-state, preparing for a major speech to be delivered at Wednesday morning at Cincinnati's Union Terminal.
When Kerry speaks at Union Terminal, don't expect a regular rally -- instead expect a policy speech outlining Kerry's plan for Iraq.
He will also focus on what he calls President Bush's "wrong choices."
Kerry says the Bush administration's decision to act uni-laterally steered the United States in the wrong direction and short-changed priorities right on the home front.
And there is another reason why he's making the speech here.
It has been nearly two years ago since President Bush delivered a nationally televised speech at Union Terminal making the case for war in Iraq.
