It really made it very clear what is important in life. And it made it clear that we ALL share those kinds of things. No matter who we are, how much money we have, what kind of job we have, we all love our families and want the best for them. We all want good medical care and for our families not to have to worry about bills at the end.

I hear people speak about how we must kill off the terrorists, fight the bad guys there so we don’t have to fight them here, etc. Resist, resist, resist. Strike before we are struck. What amazes me is that some of these are the same people who praise The Secret, which says to me they haven’t a clue about what it means.

The more we resist terror, the more we reinforce it. What makes us think the Law of Attraction operates any differently on a global level? Not only is the principle the same but it is magnified by the collective energy of a nation. What we pay attention to--what we think about, is what we create more of. It matters not whether it is our own health or our national security. The more we watch broadcasts of violence and genocide and torture and war, the more we listen to politicians telling us how dangerous and evil the world is, the more we as a society will make it so. We are perpetuating exactly what we do not want.
