Yes, we need to get to the children. We need to make sure their minds stay open and wanting to learn. We need to make sure they are fed, have health care, the best facilities we can provide them and teachers who are enthusiastic about teaching without the headache of faux standards.

We also need to work to make sure that all the items distributed to them help teach them our history, our mistakes and give them critical thinking skills present them facts, not propaganda. That way they will be prepared to go out in the world and undo the damage that has been done under our watch.
