He looks fucking awful, which is obvious to everyone, but more startling is his RAPID decline in the last couple years. If you compare pictures of him now to pictures of him 2-4 years ago, the difference is drastic!

Not to mention there are rumors he went to an LA cancer clinic for tests recently, his chipmunk cheek appears to be growing, the left side of his face is all twitchy, and he's clearly lost some of his faculties. I don't think Gramps is long for this world.

But to answer your question directly, I don't think he cares. He's not running for President because he's got great ideas he wants to implement. He's running for President for his own ego and to achieve the "greatness" his father and grandfather expected of him and never got. He doesn't give a fuck if he can't pass any legislation. It's all about just BEING President of the United States. Same with Failin. She probably doesn't even understand the implications of a Democratic majority Congress.
