Barack Obama has a habit of trotting down the steps from his plane with both hands in his pants pockets.

Very Steve McQueen, yes, but a safety "don't" that makes running with scissors look tame by comparison.

Airplane stairs are a non-trivial safety hazard. And also a non-trivial campaign video-clip hazard.

I don't think there's anything to worry about. My guess is that he's just not that clumsy.
