Obama, Bill Clinton schedule Orlando appearance for Wednesday

Obama, Bill Clinton schedule Orlando appearance for Wednesday

Jim Stratton | Sentinel Staff Writer

3:06 PM EDT, October 25, 2008

Looks as though Barack Obama and the King of All Democrats, Bill Clinton, will campaign together for the first time at a rally in Orlando.

The Obama campaign confirmed a Saturday report in the New York Times that a rally is scheduled for Wednesday evening.

No details yet on where and when the would-be president and former president would make their appearance. Last Monday, Obama was joined by Hillary Clinton for a rally outside the Amway Arena.

Both Clintons have been stumping for Obama, though some have questioned their enthusiasm. The rally scheduled for Wednesday will follow a campaign swing that vice presidential candidate Joe Biden has planned.

More to come.

1. Maybe they'll finally kiss.
That'd be the ultimate ending in this soap opera.

4. Only Clinton haters are keeping this "soap opera" going.
Democrats need to pay attention, listen to Obama/Biden and the Clinton so that they can see there is no hatchet to bury..........They are our democratic leaders....

7. From Wednesday on McCain won't be able to get his name in the want ads

It is obvious that the Obama campaign is planning to dominate the media from Wednesday on and not let McCain's face get any coverage.
