"The other day, Governor Palin told a third grader that the Vice President was "in charge" of the Senate. I would encourage her to read again the US Constitution, which states quite clearly the role of the Vice President.

Where is she getting the notion of all these "extra powers" of the Vice President? Folks, it's bad enough that John McCain wants to give you four more years of George Bush. Governor Palin thinks its her job to give you four more years of Dick Cheney".
