Biden's right: Obama will be tested, probably sooner than later in his first term. But mark my words, DU--that first big national security test for Obama will likely be home-grown: an act of domestic terror in the Oklahoma City vein, or a rightwing coup attempt a la the infamous business plot of 1933. That's my prediction and I'm sticking to it.
