Powell endorsement is the top story on all media now.
It will have impact. Guaranteed. Probably a 3-5 point bump tomorrow.

1. Hi, DCBob. Agree -- huge impact on this endorsement, and a headline
the media can actually manage to our benefit.

The Powell endorsement is also a demoralizer for county GOP operatives coast to coast. It takes the wind out of their sales and increases our chances of several more down-ballot victories.

2. Yes. The demoralization impact is significant.
You can hear it in the voices of many Republicans. They are coming to the realization that McCain simply cannot win no matter what they do. This will make our job easier on election day and perhaps make it a landslide. Hope so!!

3. No its not Faux News said last week that Palin on SNL would be the game changer

However, this morning they spent less than 12 seconds showing her appearance
then went to Jeanne Turner's endorsement.

It was just another nail in the coffin of the Republican party.

4. I don't count Faux. But I am sure they will have to mention it at some point.
At least to dismiss it as simply racial pride.
