Karma's a bitch, Sarah. She couldn't even win the Saturday overnight news cycle.
I'm still angry that the one thing Sarah Palin did manage to do was take the focus entirely off Obama's thrilling, transcendent acceptance speech. It should have been the focus of everyone interested in presidential politics, for days and days. Instead, we had the "introduction" of Mrs. Palin. We could hardly even find a thread about the speech right here after midday that Friday!

Well, if nothing else had happened, she'd have been the talk of the next couple of days with her little SNL show.

Something else did happen.

Colin Powell.

$150 million.

And, for icing on the cake, two monster rallies in the same day in a swing state.

Karma does come around.

It still pisses me off that people shifted their attention away from Obama's speech. That was a truly historic moment that the media shoved aside for the moose lady.
