McCain on Faux looks ill.
Either this is the worst lighting in the world or John McCain is jaundiced. I've never seen a sicker looking person.

15. Yes, as in "The Picture of Dorian Gray," by Oscar Wilde:
From Wikipedia -

The novel tells of a young man named Dorian Gray, the subject of a painting by artist Basil Hallward. Basil is greatly impressed by Dorian's physical beauty and becomes strongly infatuated with him, believing that his beauty is responsible for a new mode in his art. Talking in Basil's garden, Dorian meets Lord Henry Wotton, a friend of Basil's, and becomes enthralled by Lord Henry's world view. Espousing a new kind of hedonism, Lord Henry suggests that the only thing worth pursuing in life is beauty, and the fulfilment of the senses. Realising that one day his beauty will fade, Dorian cries out, wishing that the portrait Basil has painted of him would age rather than himself. Dorian's wish is fulfilled, subsequently plunging him into a series of debauched acts. The portrait serves as a reminder of the effect each act has upon his soul, with each sin being displayed as a disfigurement of his form, or through a sign of aging.<3>

11. Is Haig still alive? Wow... I thought he was long dead. From under what rock...
...did Alexander "I'm in Charge" Haig crawl to give that endorsement?

What a joke!
That guy was an idiot when he was in government.
If he's still alive, I'm sure time hasn't changed him at all.

I don't think McCain should wave the banner of that endorsement.
The base who might "love" Haig is already in McBlinky's pocket; the rest don't know who the hell he just mentioned.

8. He was horrible on that show. McCain said Palin is a direct counterpoint to the
liberal feminists agenda for America. Well if that doesn't tell women something nothing will.

10. Must be something in the AZ air...
A pic of Cindy McNasty often seen on the web shows her neck a light rosy pink, but the face a yellow-ish tone like badly done makeup, to the jawline. Surely a woman of her means can afford a better paint job. WTF?

12. Maybe
Guy I knew had a lump on his jaw like that, had cancer and it had spread to his liver, started looking a lot like that, would not surprise me to hear he has it and it is bad... BUT we won't hear anything about it til after election when he announces he is retiring because he has not long to live...

13. Not to sound like the grim reaper, but that's exactly what I thought.
I've had a number of family members die from various forms of cancer and the liver is a common spot for it to metastasize. There's been so much mystery over McCain's medical records and such hesitancy to release them without redacted sections and no current updates . . . it makes you wonder. Maybe he just needs to slip the makeup artist an extra $5,000 for the pink foundation.

16. I would imagine campaiging that hard is tough on anyone, let alone a 72 year old man
Not making excuses, it's his choice but at his age he should enjoying his golden years instead of killing himself on the campaign trail.
