Does Fixed news, Pat Buchanan, Lou Dobbs get their marching orders from the McCain campaign or is it
the other way around? Or it could just be me, I don't know.

I spent a portion of the day yesterday watching the msm. Fixed news, Pat Buchanan, Lou Dobbs, Joe Scharsboro and other Republican sympathizers were all on the exact same page when it came to talking points regarding Joe the non-plumber.

Now it may be a coincidence, but I don't think so. Some of the talking points between these different sympathizers were almost verbatim (scarily similar), even though they are on different networks and different shows.

I would love to know exactly how this coordination takes place.

It is sad that our media has come to this.

1. I think it's time for Lou Dobbs..

...to join the "news" team at Faux. Let Brit Hume come to CNN. Anything's better than Dobbs.

5. Lou Dobbs is one of the absolute worst.
CNN has the gall to bill him as "Mr. Independent", when his support of McCain could not be more obvious.

7. No shit. He has become a down right whore for McCain. He dresses it up, of course, a little bit,
with his old faithfull "They are all bums" rhetoric, but that is just window dressing. He is flat out in the tank for McCain. Only a fool would think otherwise.

2. I think Limbaugh and Coulter think the shit up...
...and then send out faxes, emails and text messages. They're almost always word for word so I'm guessing the instructions are, read, say out loud, read again, repeat then destroy.

4. The squawking heads get their orders from the McSlime campaign or the RNC.
These are used by the squawking media heads as well as the official GOP media squealers.

IMO, the squawking media heads receive a six figure salary for reading GOP faxes. It's disgusting.

6. This is becoming obvious
Remember last week when Rick Sanchez was trying to do a story on the Alaskan Independence Party on CNN, until he got an e-mail from the McCain campaign WHILE ON THE AIR ordering him to stop?

After that, none of the MSM has dared to touch the issue.

8. I noticed Kennedy tried to bring that up on Larry King and Larry stopped him dead in his tracks for
a commericial break, although Larry allowed Reagan to step all over Kennedy again and again. It was sad to watch.

10. I guess even Larry King gets his marching orders
He used to be a strong liberal in his radio days.

9. Yup, and I read here that CNN also pulled the story from their website, so
unless you actually saw the Sanchez piece, it never happened.

So much for the free press.

11. I stay away from watching those jerk shows
God bless the ones that watch these and post what they say. I get much less angry reading about it than I do watching it.
