I'm just telling the truth.

I am very upset that this ticket of lies and hate and fear is even up for consideration in front of the American people. 20th Century gutter politics aimed at dividing the American people should be called out for what it is; unpatriotic.

And yes, the media has been their accomplice for a long time now.

For the most part, the media regurgitates the Republican talking points and waits for the Democratic talking points to show up. That is not their job, though...and that is a large part of the problem. The Media should be digging into these accusations made by these Republicans and providing the facts....not gathering partisan opinions.

I hate the media.

1. As I see it also. Just what this poor Nation needs, more hate.
They count on Hate to keep people divided.
Its their only agenda.

2. I just printed up a 'sticker' for my car window:
"The Haters Are The Traitors
Hate is Un-American"

I'm with ya, I'm getting sick of this shit too.

3. Lee Atwater-type tactic
Probably suggested by Rove, an Atwater protege.

McCain has nothing else but smears and politics of personal destruction to play at this point. He is desperate.

4. Here is how you can spot the true America haters ....
They will be standing with a list of "dangerous subversives" under one arm, the other arm outstretched, pointing out the latest additions to their black lists.

5. This version of the Rethug party is going out of power
kicking and screaming. The fact that Obama is not white adds insult to their injury. They deserve a generation of irrelevance.

6. When the truth has come out and the lies debunked, media keeps airing the lies
I can't even watch anymore except for mainstream evening news, Keith and Rachel.

I normally don't watch it, but even the Daily Show last night was extremely generous to McCain vs Obama by spreading pro-McCain generalities (in a nonfunny skit about undecideds) such as implying that McCain was for Joe the Plumber and Obama was against him, that McCain was for seniors while Obama was for middle class instead. The generalities were not satirical or even funny but inaccurate as if the writers didn't understand the proposals of each campaign but were just trying to stay neutral in order to keep right wing viewers on board.
