2. Nice one
And since you are in AZ, have you heard any backlash regarding the rep in 2nd district? Name is Shagood, or something like that.

9. Anyone who voted for Kerry was "mentally ill"!
This after bashing Michael Moore and lying about having his press credentials revoked. He also asked the AZ repugs to stop buying or reading USA Today.

4. I'm in Ohio, too
And let me tell you that statement isn't too far off. I'm a trucker and I deliver transmissions to a GM plant. Management at the plant recently circulated a memo that there will be production cutbacks.

It's a symptom of the economy. Less people buying new cars because they aren't making as much money.

6. The Italian owner of a restaurant asked me yesterday at my table,
whether I hoped Bush or Kerry would win. When I told him Kerry, he said he did, too. He said the war in Iraq was a disaster.

10. Report from Minnesota.
Once a week, I wind up at the VA hospital - in the course of my conversations with veterans, I've yet to find a Bush supporter among the WWII or Korean Vets. It's a small group I run into, but there ya go.
