that would be. Hmmm indeed.

2. "Morning Joe" says "Endorsements don't Matter"

Perhaps not, but a Powell endorsement will suck the air out of 2-3 days or news cycles.

5. He did retract that after Halperin shot him down; Scab to me

doesn't seem to have too many original thoughts if his mind could change so easily.
Anyway, I'll be watching with interest even though I detest Brokaw. Powell could sure erase some of the stigma of the * years by doing the right thing now.

As Andrea M. noted on Mourning Joke, his endorsement will be important in influencing the more conservative "undecideds," plus -- and this is very significant -- it will give the "okay" to moderate republicans to vote for Obama & Biden.
