5 Calls a Day For 19 Days - Who is With Me?
I saw somewhere, here or on DKos (can't find it again) someone who suggested that we all agree to make just 5 calls a day for the Barack Obama campaign. 5 calls a day for 19 days. That's 95 calls in all.

If you have not checked out the "Neighbor to Neighbor" tools at http://www.barackobama.com you should. You can get a list of 25 people to call. You do not have to call all of them. Call who you can, and in 2 days they will pull the uncalled numbers back into the pool for everyone. You can pull another set of numbers to work through at that time.

I've already made 3 of my 5 calls today. I am going to do 2 more in a couple of hours. I had a very tough time making 40 calls in a row last night when I volunteered in person. I found it frustrating after getting some negative responses. I came home feeling like a failure and determined never to phonebank again. But 5 calls a night? I can do at least that. It's a little uncomfortable, but not terrible.

Who is with me? There's a script and everything up on the website, and all you have to do is select a group of people to phonebank. 5 a day - 95 calls by each DU'er who does this before the election!
