Y'know, McCain's just too damned old for this shit.
Yeah, he's a rich privileged S.O.B. with bad ideas and a crazy temper. But when you get right down to it, the fact of the matter is he's just too old to be playing this game anymore. He can't keep his ideas straight--who could at that age in the political arena? He's too old to keep one train of thought when under pressure, and I don't think his party should have chosen him.

(But I'm very glad they did.)

You'd have to be either stupid or crazy to be a Republican vying for the White House following the worst Presidency in American history. In McCain and Palin, they got both.
