Talking point for tomorrow
Edited on Wed Oct-15-08 07:14 PM by LuckyTheDog
The Dow plunged 733 points.. And McCain wants me to be worried about an old hippie who hangs around with friends of Ronald Reagan? GET REAL!

How much irrational hatred of Barak Obama does one have to have in order to vote for Grampy McNoClue?

1. Media will ignore it
Expect all anti-Obama stories pretty much for the next three weeks. They cant stand to have this thing not close. What will they do with all thier fancy sets and props if everyone knows whats gonna happen on Nov 4!

2. All they have left...
The spin I have been hearing from the McCain camp is that it is not so much that Obama 'hangs around with terrorists' but that somehow he wasn't forthcoming enough about how well he knew Bill Ayers. They then segue into 'what is he hiding, can he be trusted, is he lying?'. So ultimately all they have left is the same thing they used against Gore and Kerry and that is 'he is a liar and can't be trusted' or to put it more at their level 'liar liar pants on fire!!!'. Talk about transference if their is any person or group out their that can be labeled liars and certainly can't be trusted it is the Republican(s)/neo-con(s) and their minions.

3. But we don't have to ignore it
I have a lot of faith in the power or watercooler talk.
