SUSA Washington Poll: Obama 56(+2), McCain 40(-3)
This is starting to look exactly like Oregon where Obama is up 17.

Obama gets 90% of Dems and 52% of Indies

Seattle Area is going to Obama by more than 2:1

4. It's looking great for Obama here. Not so much for Christine Gregoire. Ugh.
They are falling for Rossi's shtick big time here in Thurston county. It's making me ill.

6. Since Obama's so popular, maybe the DNC should try to have him make appearances with her
and see if the association will turn things around.

8. Oh god, that would be wonderful! Any excuse to get Obama out here! :)
Dino Rossi has been trying to ride Obama's "Change" coattails. The problem is that Gregoire is just so damn uninspiring, even for Democrats. I mean, I'll vote for her. She's a smart lady. But it will be MORE a vote against Dino Rossi than anything. I dare say a lot of voters feel the same way. This state needs a governor it can love.

7. Well, let's hope Obama's coat tails are long.
Because I do not trust that slimy bastard Rossi to limit his political ambitions to a governorship, even after only 4 years.

9. I agree. He's scum, plain and simple.
And he's running with the "change" message. And LYING his ass off.

10. Not from where I'm sitting. King County (Seattle) is bluer than the Pacific.
And they pretty much own the elections. There are a lot of Republicans and Libertarian types, but I saw more Ron Paul signs around here than McCain. I'm only just starting to see McCain/Palin signs around my own neighborhood, but they are stuck to the sides of gigantic Dino Rossi signs, almost like afterthoughts. lol
