3. Throughout this election miniorities have NEVER mattered.

They talked about it reluctantly. The only person who really addressed minority issues ever...or at least from what I've seen is Obama.

He's talking about reperations. He's talked about Black, Asian, Muslim, Middle Eastern, and Native American rights. He's addressed their concerns without making it an issue of reparations but investing more money in all education and he feels it has to start making changes in the life of the kids and social programs that address their needs.

When they talk about women's vote...White women. Because minority women are nothing but a colour or race. When they talk about men's vote...White men. When MSM says Obama can't seem to get the woman's vote, they speak about White Women, ditto for White men.

It's always been about that, it may always be about it.

2. 14% of Hillary supporters are still holding out? These must be the ardent racists in the Democratic
party who can't vote for the black dude. It's sick!

8. Why do you assume they are Hillary supporters?
There was much more than 14% of Democrats that didn't vote for either Hillary or Obama.

And I'm sure Bush won a similar number of Democrats in 2004.

These people aren't really Democrats, they still identify as Democrats, but they vote Republican for president every time.

To reflexively blame former Hillary supporters and infer that they are racist is, for lack of a better term, a dick move.

And yes! I don't blame HILLARY! I blame the racists themselves in the Democratic party. And yes! They ARE racists, no matter how much you try to deny it. They are! And it is sick!

10. I know one.
He's not racist, but he's still pissed that Hillary didn't get the nomination. We don't even talk politics anymore. It's just pointless. I suspect that in the end, he will vote for Obama, though. I hope so.

For a while he kept saying the Democrats should be blowing this thing away and that Obama couldn't possibly win. I do wonder what he thinks now.

5. more numbers!!!!
Obama has a favorable/unfavorable rating of 50/26 among Independents. McCain is 30/34.

85% of voters have already made up their mind.

57% of Obama voters are enthusiastic. 42% of McCain voters are.

Democrats outpoll Republicans in generic house races 48-34%.

Joe Biden favorable/unfavorable = 43/21
Sarah Palin = 32/41

9% of voters think Obama is Muslim, including 14% of Republicans and 13% of Independents.

The second most popular reason voters opinion of McCain worsened was his pick of Sarah Palin as VP.

13% of voters say they've been personally contacted by the Obama campaign, 7% say the same of McCain.

15. Perfect! Nice large sample size so the repubs can't claim the poll is slanted by a small sample
Thank you so much for the info! :) :hi:
