First, I don't think I have to tell anyone here about the incredible inaccuracy of Zogby, one of the most unreliable pollsters out there.

Secondly, the freepers/Drudge seem absolutely estactic about an Obama 6 point national lead.

On Edit: Below is the pollster ratings from fivethirtyeight.com:

1. There used to be a site that tracked poll accuracy.
Does anyone have a link to that?

2. Obama's up two points from yesterday per Zogby.
Yesterday had it 48-44

4. They are clueless. A 6 point national lead translates into a near landslide EV victory.
Morons.

5. Please note...
Edited on Mon Oct-13-08 08:37 PM by regnaD kciN
...that the Zogby poll in question is their telephone poll, which ranks middle-of-the-pack in reliability (above Gallup!), not their online Zogby Interactive polls that rank so low in the rating above.

Besides, I thought Obama's lead in the current Zogby was four points (48-44), not six.

ON EDIT: I see Drudge is announcing a 49-43 Obama lead in tomorrow's Zogby poll. Apparently, this is another one of his leaks, like Rasmussen yesterday. Nevertheless, that represents a +2 gain for Obama today, and is thus nothing for Republicans to crow about.

7. Tomorrow's numbers will show Obama +2, so 49-43, I believe.
