that seems like a good way to get money to the people hurting most. It creates jobs, creates demands for building materials, improves our crumbling infrastructure and gives us a chance to reshape/engineer our communities so they are enviro-friendly.

Seems like the best way to help the Economy could be from ground UP?

awareness of what a society can actually achieve when working toward goals in unison.

2. Here are some projects

1) Wind turbine factories in OH, IN, PA, WV, IL, WI and MI.

2) Transmission lines from ND, SD, NE, western IA and MO, KS, OK and TX to the coasts.

3) PV plants in TX, NM and AZ.

4) Transmission lines from CA, NV, AZ to population centers.

5) National hybrid rail transportation system -- individual pod units that can hook up together into big trains. Use the trains for long distance travel. Use the pods for final 50-100 miles or so.
