or are their elections next year?? I am just wondering if that is something that could effect the Bush campaign or what.

1. First of all elections don't have to happen until May 2006
Blair can call an election for anytime before then (with only about 3-4 weeks notice)

Second of all the current polls in Britain still have Blair winning the election. The Labour party still has about a 5% lead on the Conservatives. Also keep in mind due to the peculiarities of the British electoral system, the Conservatives would have to have a lead of over 5% just to deny Labour a majority (Britain has first-past-the-post elections, no proportional representation)
