Who should take responsibility for "polarizing/dividing " this country...?
I don't know who to be more upset with:
----------------------------------------

* The media (RW talk radio, network news and cable)

or

* Bush

For such an important "issue in this country"...why does nobody take credit?

3. Is there a difference?
The difference between Bush and the media is the difference between the tongue and the lips of the same mouthpiece.

6. Have to go with 'media'
But I agree, Bush is their errand boy to advance the interests of large conglomerates.

7. I believe the current form of hatred
started with Bu$h Sr.

Remember, Japan Bashing? At the time, I couldn't believe that a sitting president, would do such a thing? I mean, bash an entire country? What was even more unbelievable, was the fact that the media let him get away with it.

Now, here we are over 20 years later, and Bu$h Jr has taken his father's techniques and elevated them to new heights.

The GOP Convention, turned into a major Hate Fest. This is where the Bu$h family has taken this country? While they sit there with their smug little grins, laughing at all the idiots.

10. I meant the most recent version
I know the Bu$hs didn't invent hate. They just perfected it.

Now you should have been around for Calligula? There was a real sweetheart.
