Poll question: Let's say McCain literally flips out, what state is MOST likely to stay red?
So far we've never had all 50 states vote for the same candidate, but we've had 49 go for the republican nominee. What would be the one hold out if something major happens and 49 states go for Obama on Nov. 4th?

Going with the states with the biggest margins for McCain as of now.

2. the other 8 have bigger margins for McCain right now
plus, I'd like to think Pheonix would marshall itself together and come out for Obama in the event of a McCain meltdown or Palin calling Obama a n*** or something

8. It has gotta be Utah with its Mormon background.
I have a friend who has a Mormon background ~~ but was never a Mormon ~~ who told me that Mormons consider AAs to be colored black because they are evil and sinful people....and god marked them ~~ the black skin ~~ so they could be identified.

Not sure if this is true...but I have no reason to doubt what I was told. BTW: My jaw hit the floor when she told me this. Now I can see why she NEVER had anything to do with the Mormon religion. If they believe this...IMO, they are the evil people.

24. Unless they're pissed at Gramps for not picking Mittens for VP
Edited on Wed Oct-08-08 04:21 PM by Sebastian Doyle
It doesn't mean they would go for Obama (being the spawn of fallen angels they think he is) but they could always go for Barr, just to spite the Repukelican party for dissing their guy Willard who by all right wing standards was a much better candidate than Moosealini, except she's a two testament fundie, not a three testament fundie like Romney. Or a one testament fundie like Liberdouche, for that matter.

10. Country is too divided for a repeat of 1984 or 1972
Different political demographics and realities now for us.

The most EV's Obama can conceivably get this year is about 360.

13. Oh i know, I'm looking at the absolute best case scenerio for Obama
Like McCain or Palin coming out calling Obama a terrorist or a n***** or McCain completely losing his mind. Something that would completely annhilate McCain's campaign.

17. But that's not a best case scenario
because it's not going to happen, haha. A best case scenario is never a 0.0001% shot.

I know of people who encourage and enjoy the call to violence by the McPalin ticket.
