CALL the NYPD, Manhattan DA and Mayor Bloomberg and ask why they haven't found this guy, from his badge photo, and arrested him for kicking a woman on the ground.

Tell them they should EASILY be able to identify the attacker from photos of convention attendees to the Youth Day event wearing a monster.com t-shirt.
