He needs to refer to what he said when he gave BUsh the authority and he needs to tell the people that the 87 billion was a giveaway to Halliburton.. I would have also liked to hear him talk about how Cheney voted against more weapons systems then him as sec'y of def. and that Porter Goss voted to completely eliminate human intelligence.. Until he addresses these and shows how his views have been steady they will continue to come after him..
