MSNBC: McCain now leads in Virginia
no link at msnbc.com... just something I caught as I walked past the TV just now. Pat Buchanan was talking and they were discussing the demographics of Virginia...

and I can't find a link anywhere else.

1. that's the only poll I've seen recently that has him ahead there
It was the Mason-Dixon poll, the one that had MICHIGAN tied this week. Alex Twit said "What is it about Virginia that makes it hard for Obama to gain at all in the polls?" Are they kidding? Many polls out of Virginia have looked pretty good for Obama lately.

2. They are using the one poll that has McLame ahead - a Mason Dixon poll.
Outlier. Against the overwhelming trend to Obama in the nation and VA.

4. Especially considering every OTHER major poll is giving us a 3-4 point lead.
If it becomes a trend, start worrying--and since NC is actually trending our way, I wouldn't worry about VA.

15. I'm sure that Chuckie will take this poll as Gospel
just like he dismisses polls that have Obama with a commanding lead stating that "I just don't believe it"

17. Mason Dixon never has had a good track record
they're often the outlier in the last several elections.

Thanks.

7. I absolutely love when Obama is ahead in all the polls, but we cannot live and die by polls. Our
behavior cannot change. Whether Obama is up or down in the polls, keep your resolve and keep donating and volunteering.

12. Ain't it nice when your Presidential ticket can hit 4 towns at once
As opposed to having to have all the candidates and spouses at a single event?

8. They are probably using their Mason-Dixon poll of a few days ago
Their mason-dixon polls have been real bad lately.
