Did anyone think they saw PALIN wearing an EAR-PIECE? [+pic]

I'm pretty sure I saw an ear-piece and (possibly) a wire leading down to it in her right ear and it appeared there might have been something in her left ear too.

If anyone has a recording please watch when there is a side view close-up of her head (either side).

Of course it would be very strange if Biden allowed her to get away with it (although Shrub allegedly did the same thing in '04)...

TV news anchors and reporters wear ear-pieces so it isn't unusual, I suppose that's how they could justify it.

and it was only on CSpan because the other channels had cut to their talking heads already.

I didn't think a thing of it at the time, because I thought they were both individually wired for sound, being that we could distinctly hear her when she said, "Can I call you, Joe?" before they reached the podiums.

But back to the end, when I saw her remove a black box with a wire dangling from it from underneath her jacket. It was right when her and Todd and the girls had reached the far side of the stage where there were no more lights.

So dunno? I definitely saw that, but like I said, did they each have microphones on the lecturns or were they individually wired for sound.

You know the Freepers were all agog saying he must have had an ear receiver because his answers to the questions were so smooth?

People touch their head all the time, this photo isn't evidence of a damn thing. Use your brain: this shows her hand up to the left side of her head. During the debate they frequently cut to a shot from her left side and you could see right into her ear. If she had had a transmitter in it, it would have been glaringly obvious.

Where are all the tinfoil hat people from yesterday saying that having her hair down in the morning mant she was going to be concealing a transmitter?

It wouldn't have been in her right ear, obviously, because then Biden could have seen it. But there was one shot of her left ear that I thought there might have been something there. And the second I thought so, they immediately switched cameras, and never had a close up from that angle again. So apparently I'm not the only one who thought so.

But the way Moosealini was rattling off the scripted talking points, it didn't seem like someone of her limited intellect could be listening and rapid firing all at once. You could tell when Karl was in Chimpy's ear because the dumb son of a bitch talked exactly like he was waiting for the words to say. Sarah had the words. And she seemed to be looking down to find them. Though I suspect it was a Blackberry with text messages (Karl/Schunemann/whomever) and not note cards.

There are certain tricks on TV - make-up, teleprompters, ear-pieces, wireless mikes etc that the audience usually aren't privy to but which are taken for granted by those involved.

First, if she did - it would have been tiny and embedded in her ear canal.. she's not gonna walk around with an ear piece hanging out waiting to be photographed and spotted by Biden and every other Dem in the room. :eyes:

Second, she didn't need it. If you look at her Alaska debate.. her success comes from avoiding questions, tap dancing around them and just saying canned phrases that people like to hear. She did the exact same thing last night. She didn't spout out many facts or statistics.. and she would have countered Biden much harder if the puppet masters could have told her what to say.

No need to start another conspiricy theory.. she doesn't need the Positive Attention, ala "Wow, the democrats thought Palin did so well that she had to be wearing an ear piece - clearly they think she won".
