Does anyone else think she was trying to trap Biden when she asked
him if she could call him Joe? Hoping that he would then call her Sarah (instead of Governor), and then get blamed for not treating her with respect?

She needed to know if she could use the "say it ain't so, Joe" line. Although I think she blew it. Didn't use it at a good time.

8. She was trying to be flippant and folksy, and given the past few days
most of the American public evidently was not in the mood for that. :evilfrown:

12. It was a set up so she could ask, "In what respect, Joe?" Also using first names
in a formal situation, such as a debate, has the effect of false familiarity and friendship which puts difficult or embarrassing questions off limits.
