Anyone else notice this? I think Joe actually appealed more to women then Plain did. Maybe the fake folksy crap and her condescending attitude.

1. Not surprising, women liked Nixon more than JFK...
Women are not stupid and yet...

Biden's choking up was definitely something I think made him more real.

5. They went off the scale when Joe recounted his experiences as a
single dad. That was the most real moment in the entire thing. Joe's experienced tragedy and still carries it with him.

9. It was the lines at the bottom of the screen, one for women and one for women
It showed their reactions to the debate in real time. Several times in the second half of the debate the women's line would shoot up to the top for Joe and come back down when Palin was on. My husband and I got a kick out of it.
