Really, McCain has much more to lose here, and less to gain, even if it's more likely that Palin won't fail miserably.

5. Some caller on a local right wing radio show...
said he had taken down his McCain/Palin sign this week after watching the interview with Katie Couric because he was too embarassed to have it in his yard. LOL

6. David Brooks essentially admitted there is no upside for McCain, just downside
and that Biden's performance won't really move things either way for Obama.
