McCrypt spokeswoman is "shocked" at how "brutal" many women in the media have treated Palin.
"We didn't expect anyone to treat her as a cream puff because she's a girl," Wallace said. But, she added, "I'm shocked personally at how brutal many of the women in the media have been." Wallace pointed to CNN anchor Campbell Brown, who urged the campaign to arrange more interviews for Palin and stop treating her "like a delicate flower who will wilt at any moment."

1. Yeah, expecting a potential President to answer journalists' questions
and face "gotcha" questions like, "What newspapers do you read?" BROOOOOTAL!!

3. Ah, so they admit that the Ifill slander has everything to do with her gender...
And very little to do with the book she's writing.

Finally, the truth emerges.

8. That's because women are tougher than any man ever thought about being
and we KNOW better. Sarah Barracuda can take care of herself. Most women can and any woman who has gotten to be Governor of ANY state isn't any delicate flower.

I hate the way they are treating her, I hate that they picked her and I hate her for accepting. Sarah Palin has set the women's movement in this country BACK, not forward. She is demonstrably incompetent, uses her looks and 'charm' in the expectation that they will gloss over that fact and she plays her sex to her advantage. All of which are stereotypes that women have been fighting forEVER. I wonder if all those 'feminists' who were so excited to have her on the national stage are STILL happy about her selection.
