for tomorrow night's debate to stop the downward spiral that McPalin find themselves on.

Mediocre won't do it for them. Neither will not bad. Neither will Palin does OK but Biden does OK as well.

The electorate is now AGAINST McPalin. They are behind the eight ball.

It's that simple.

1. Exactly
Far too many people here seem to think that unless Palin comes in spinning plates on sticks and juggling, she's going to win. These are the big leagues. It's going to take a lot more than just showing up.

2. Biden will avoid zingers, be polite
If people are expecting funny zingers, I think they will be disappointed. Biden will be exceptionally polite and respectful. This is especially true because many people said McCain lost the last debate because he came across as mean.

The VP format was changed to limit interaction between the two.

3. The electorate is, but there's still plenty of right-wing M$M-types
That will say that she did great if she comes out, picks her nose, wipes it in her hair, declares August 5 as our country's Independence Day, and finishes by speaking in tongues while beating a baby seal.

The bar for her is a chalk line drawn on the floor of the basement while she's on the second floor.

4. Nonsense.
All she has to do is not utterly fail and the media will herald it as a win because she exceeded expectations.

She'll get off a couple of good 1-liners that she memorized, and side-step and muddle her way through the rest without some major calamity. And the next day those 1-liners will be the story and everyone will be talking about how well she did (compared to expectations.)

The good news is that the VP debate will have a grand total of zero impact on the election.

9. Just like the MSM said Mc won the debate UNTIL the quickie polls said otherwise?
My point is that America is against McPalin, even if the media is not.

5. The pressure is on her
The public now thinks she is an idiot, and she has to use this opportunity to prove them wrong.

Everyone knows Biden has the qualifications and experience to become president even if he makes a gaffe.

6. And the Whole World is Watching!
I can't even imagine the pressure. But, I know one thing for sure... Sarah's not up to the task. It's gonna be amazing to watch.

7. This is a debate between two people that could very well end up as POTUS.
Talking heads need to keep that in mind.

Sarah doing good is not good enough.
