(dont get me wrong he is personally rich).

Theresa is the big money member of the family and the FEC already ruled that she could not use her money directly for Kerry's personal campaign. However she has vowed to use her wealth if they went after her or her children explicitly.

Additionally, Kerry has accepted the federal election funds of $75 million and that is what can be spent, no more no less.

Any other spending must be done by the DNC or 527s
