14. he did--they showed on MSNBC for a minute.
He was reassuring--told people their credit and 401K's would be safe--that Congress would do something in time.

he apparently doesn't know it failed yet because he said they're working on it, and it should've never come to this point, but with the changes in the bill, (HIS changes that HE wanted) his message to Congress is to get it done!
