I've already booked a room at a motel out in Silver Springs but I do keep looking to see if I can find something more affordable closer to DC. But hell I'm there and I'm ready to party!

1. I'm going to school in DC right now, so I'll be here.
We even get the day off classes for Inauguration day!

4. I'll be there, it will be nice to celebrate and not protest for a change
BTW it's Silver Spring, no 's' at the end.

5. It's Silver Spring...singular (kind of a sore point for locals) :)
As a veteran of many inaugurals, if you'd like some advice from a local, let me know. The crowds can be daunting, and navigating your way through them can be scary.

6. I'll be there!
I have some friends in Georgetown that already are chilling the champagne.
