Seriously... The second the CNN phone poll came back in Obama's favor overwhelmingly, they might as well have appointed him President. He's already won. Fuck, I'll take it.

I went upstairs to grab a drink and call a friend on the West Coast.

Grabbed the laptop and came downstairs and all of a sudden the winner was, The Winner!!!!

38. That's what I'm thinking ..the polls
weren't influenced by the corporatepunditheads so the cmw had to go with the polls.

Amazing! We knew before the debate that the cmw would spin it for mccain to keep this a horserace.

Quoda? or something like that? My daughters went once and said it was really good. A step up from Taco Bell, apparently. Which at least won't get them escorted from the middle school by a bald douchebag.

36. No, his boss called and apologized.
Said he couldn't make the BD apologize because he technically didn't do anything that was against policy, but he did say that he would have him take some sort of 'class' on dealing with the public, so I think you could get the idea that mine wasn't the first or only complaint.

I had lunch with a friend today who had been on a cruise the entire month of Sept. and she couldn't believe the story. I mean, it doesn't bother me anymore, but wow, you can't make that crap up.

I did Military Police work way back when. It's weird what can happen to people if they have the power to enforce law.

Anyhow, I'm having a BBQ Sunday if you want to join us in up here in civilization you and your mate and spawn are invited. We'll talk all slow like for you so you can understand what we're saying and everything.

was that Obama was too diplomatic when he kept saying McCain was right about one thing, and they totally ignored that Obama would then turn around and say McCain was wrong on ten things
