don't want to be overconfident, don't want to be underconfident.

And no, I'm not Goldielocks.

Joe "Droopy" Lieberman is on my television screen, and I can't bear the thought of that whiny fucker being a fixture there the next 4 years.

5. You gotta chill and keep working to get Obama elected.
As this week proved, the pendulum will swing back and forth a few times before November. We have to stay steady and even like Barack. Of course we can enjoy the good stuff.

10. I am too
I love Barack but sometimes he can be too professorial in these debates, and he says "um" too much. He's got to sound smooth or it won't matter that much what he says.

11. Obama's got this. Don't worry about a thing. Grampa is exhausted from his circus act.
He's frazzled and won't do well because he uses Ambien to sleep at night. Obama worked out this morning. He's fresh and healthy and brilliant and cool as a cucumber under pressure.

Palin did it. McCain is probably not going to make it through 4, more, years. That would put animal mass murderer, environment destroyer, not ready for prime time, Palin in the world's most powerful driver's seat.

Given the SHIT that McCain and his campaign has pulled in this campaign, I'm nervous as hell. There's so much riding on this debate.

I'm immensely proud of our nominee. But, damn I'm nervous.

20. Do not worry
Barack will be cool, calm, and collected this evening. The media will spin it for McCain regardless of how it goes and by Sunday we will have forgotten the debate and will once again be able to focus on John McCain's new theatrics, whatever they are.

23. Obama has always done at least ok in his debates.
And he's been in a lot of them. No major f@ckups that I'm aware of. So at the very minimum he'll be fine.

Personally, given the tempo of his campaign lately, I expect him to be all over McDouchebagg from the get go. Whether the MSM gives him a win, who knows. I think if Obama is concise and on the offensive, he'll chalk up a win.

31. yep, if he can stand his own against Hillary
he can definitely have McCain for lunch. And Dinner. And a midnight snack.

I keep envisioning Obama cool, calm and collected just picking away at McCain (who is tired and frazzled and upset from his stunt that didn't work) and McCain just exploding. Jowls wiggling, combover a-floppin, red faced and eyes a twitching.

From my mouth to your ears Lord! <prays>

Remember when we said we couldn't wait to see him let loose in the general election because he showed too much restraint in his debates with a fellow Democrat? Well now is that time! This is when we get to see what Obama is made of, and I have a feeling that it's not going to disappoint!

...and even more msm nonsense.

keith and rachel will be the only honest observations tonight.
