WSJ AD: "McCAIN WINS DEBATE"
Edited on Fri Sep-26-08 11:31 AM by kpete
McCain Wins Debate

Although the fate of tonight's presidential debate in Mississippi remains very much up in the air, John McCain has apparently already won it -- if you believe an Internet ad in the online edition of the Wall Street Journal this morning.

SCREEN SHOT:

an astute reader spotted next to this piece http://online.wsj.com/article/SB122238667352477103.html

"McCain Wins Debate!" declares the ad which features a headshot of a smiling McCain with an American flag background. Another ad spotted by our eagle-eyed observer featured a quote from McCain campaign manager Rick Davis declaring: "McCain won the debate-- hands down."

36. It's as if ... the bailout is a trap? The crises are intentional? The goal is Neofeudalism?
The goal is a Denial-Of-Service attack on democracy?

The goal is to reverse and eliminate all remnants of the New Deal?

The goal is Shock Doctrine radicalism?

B-b-b-but th-that's c-c-c- c-c- c-conspiracy!

but I must say, I often DOUBT myself,

Thanks though for your encouragement.

I think Murdoch is going to be dissappointed tonight and in the following weeks.

I love making fools of all of them, if and when I can.

23. Hey, kpete, K&R
:hi: :yourock: :headbang: BTW, I sent one of your posts to Rachel Maddow the other day and she used it (the one from rollcall)!

Do you think this ad was wishful thinking or an early release error by the people "fixing" the election? Inquiring minds want to know!

I assume that they wanted the ad released right after the debate. As usual, FAIL.

29. What a concept!
If you can't get the facts to fit your campaign narrative- just buy ads that look like news and lie your ass off!

How very McCain/Palin of them.

It's good to see you taking a well-earned break from suspending your campaign for the good of the nation's economy in order to score a preemptive victory in tonight's debate!
