How and who matches my contribution, wouldn't I have to submit an email address?

6. If you've already donated, they should have your email address.

I believe how it works is, you make a donation (that you might otherwise not have made) and this donation matches someone else's first-time future donation.

The reason for the deadline is to try to meet their goal of 100,000 new donors by the end of the day. A deadline for matching helps get people to make their donation now.

the matching funds.. who it turns about to be one "juliana in NC" so I sent her a sweet thank you note and my email in case she wants to respond.

The whole thing was very verklempt for me..it's the way they word it like we have a "piece of this campaign" which I really feel we do:)
