He scares the living fuck out of me. He just said, and I paraphrase maybe missing one word but not the point: "We must seek out and attack threats before they materialize", and the wording was very precise.

He does NOT say "seek out and attack terrorism" or "seek out and attack countries harboring terrorists" -- He says "seek out and attack threats"

To him, we are ALL a threat.
