I certainly hope you stop off at Ann Coulter's on the way to my house though. Although I would dance for joy at the reported demise of our war crimes leader and certain other elected officials, I have never even remotely thought that taking a life for a political or religious ideal is ever justified. I'm just honest about my feelings.

On balance the most rabid talking heads talk about rounding up liberals and shooting them and hanging them with impunity. I sure hope that you are focusing on real threats to our national security instead of abusing political dissenters.

I think it would be far better to simply point out that * is liar or make some other point based on facts. A purely emotional call to violence, even in metaphor, is not pragmatic politics and is a tactic generally associated with the Right.

If our stupid secret service yahoos can't figure out what a real threat is from what is so clearly hyperbole then they need to get new jobs because they're not doing theirs.
