If McCain was really and truly for the working men and women,
you know, the salt of the earth type of people that Palin is suppose to represent, how come he thinks their toil, their hard work is worth less than those who are members of the investment class.

John McCain has consistently done his best to shift the tax burden on to those folks who work for a living, the people who earn wages or salary or derive income from a small business.

John McCain has consistently cried out for cuts in the Capital Gains tax in order to stimulate investments.

Now when you really look at this, really take a gander at what old straight talkin' McCain is really saying and you will discover that the money earned from work is less valuable than the money earned from investments.

Last time I looked, a dollar was a dollar, no matter how you came by it.

But if you come by it through investments, you dollar is held in awe by John McCain and the republicans. They feel you should be rewarded for investing so your money will be taxed at a much lower rate than a dollar that is earned through the working people.

Get it.

McCain lends faint praise to workers but worships at the alter of investors, or as the bible called it, mammon.

3. it's obvious to me, as a tax preparer, that the tax code is now used
as an extension of economic policy.
