They do. It's called the draft.
Once the draft is implemented as part of the sales pitch to the American Public, I think we'll see a lot of commercials of men going off to war. While the families are upset, they will tell people that they are relieved that it will put food on the table, pay the bills, and give them insurance. And if McCain and Palin are willing to send their kids to war, can we do any less? And God only knows how McCain has suffered for this country. And while the draft might not be popular, McCain has assured us he knows how to win wars and he will always put the country first, and his own popularity last.
And let's not forget all of the illegal immigrants in this country. Faced with fast tracked deportation or enlisting and getting citizenship for them and their families, what do you think many of them will do? And of course we'll have Lou Dobbs, the con man, telling us that that is the least they can do for a country that they have illegally entered and accepted benefits from. In fact, he'll have Americans outraged that illegals aren't running to the nearest draft board.
With the Republicans everything is a marketing campaign. And a huge part of that marketing team is the media.
Is it starting to hit you why the McCain/Palin ticket is the Neocon's Dream Team?
Hmmmm... what's the odds that Gov Palin would send her son off to war on the anniversary of 9/11. It couldn't have worked out any better if it had been planned.
